Prospect Training Services has been operating as a training brokerage in Gloucestershire since 1998 and offers all its clients bespoke training courses.

We work with a Government funded programme designed to help people get into the workplace after a period of unemployment perhaps as a result of large scale redundancies, illness or caring for relatives.

We offer a supported work placement allowing everyone concerned the chance to experience how well a client would fit in to a specific working environment. This is where you come in. We need employers to assist with offering practical experience in different work areas, allowing our clients to build their knowledge and self confidence. This in turn will help them to prove themselves and gain future employment.

All clients complete individual courses and will have relevant knowledge required. There is no financial cost to you. In our time we have helped approximately 3,500 employers find the right candidate for the job.

Our success is based on the realisation that in order to achieve we must meet both the needs of the employer and the needs of our clients. The result is a reliable, motivated candidate ready to learn.
