EMP Skills Programme

A flexible 2 year training programme for year 10 & 11 pupils.  The EMP Skills Programme provides a specific, succinct and individually tailored programme of positive reinforcement to develop young people for whom going from school to work at 16 will be a 1st choice.

All pupils will be fully supported & individually mentored to maximise their full potential within the working world.

The programme will prepare and give opportunity for each pupil to achieve success on a 12 - 18 month extended work experience placement that will take place during years 10 & 11 for 1-3 days per week.
