Youth Training
Our youth training programmes are aimed primarily at 16-19 year olds, currently not in training, or in education or employment(NEET). Our aim is to move them forward, providing them with the skills and qualifications they need to progress towards entering the workplace and contributing positively to their communities.
There are a number of courses available covering a wide skills base and each course has its own tailored training facility, ranging from our 15,000 sqft Building Skills Academy to our fully equipped Hairdressing salon.
E2E: What's in it for me?
If you are aged between 16-18 you can access any of these
courses FREE of charge*. You will have the chance to gain real
qualifications and our support staff will help you achieve your
potential.
On your course it is possible to:

As part of your training we will help you to develop your skills in:
• IT
• Communication
• Literacy and Numeracy and support you with basic skills throughout your training

• Job/career planning
• Your rights and responsibilities
• Your social wellbeing
