Working with Schools

We are proud to work in partnership with schools to support pupils as they prepare for their next steps into further education, training or employment. Our tailored programmes are designed to build confidence, develop essential skills and raise aspirations, ensuring every learner feels equipped and inspired for the future.

Our sessions are practical, engaging and aligned with real-world expectations. Through interactive lessons, workshops and activities, pupils gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities available to them and the pathways they can take. We focus on key areas such as employability skills, decision making, communication and personal development - helping young people to recognise their strengths and apply them in meaningful ways.

Online Training Courses

This service offers the following:

  • Completing application forms
  • Interview techniques

Included as part of one of the courses, there will also be a chance for each young person to take part in a mock interview. Each young person will be given constructive feedback on all their courses and CVs and application forms will be checked to help with employability in the future. In addition to this, each individual will gain a Level 1 Work Skills qualification.

These courses can be offered at a cost per course per learner in the school. The courses can be incorporated into Personal Social Development sessions or lessons to get the pupils ready for progression.

We offer a range of courses for 16-19-year-olds who may not know what to do once they leave school, please click here to see what we have to offer.

“They were very good at motivating the students and getting them to take part actively. I had very good feedback from all our own tutors who spoke to their respective students. Walking into the room and seeing good quality work everywhere was a real source of pride. These are the people whom the workshop is built for. Those who may not have all the advantages but more than make up for it in terms of good attitude and determination.”

Chipping Campden School

“The tutors at Prospect Training Services are fantastic at developing positive and encouraging relationships with our students. Candidates look forward to the weekly sessions and have been noticeably more confident and self-assured by the end of the programme. We believe that the programme has prevented many of our students from becoming NEET by equipping them with a motivational mindset.”

Tewkesbury School

“Prospect Training Services has greatly impacted our students. They are well organised, reliable and flexible to work around school and student needs. Their relationship with students is professional and very pastoral, and students pop in to ask for their advice when they see them in school. Prospect Training Services allows our students to think and plan their future.”
